I wandered into a demo at a college open day..

From then I was completely won over by product design. It was a demo of a cardboard chair - a microcosm of product design. This was it for me. No deep need for self expression - just a satisfaction in knowing materials and methods and how I could use them to solve user problems.
I brought with me my foundation of working in real-world product design when I transitioned to web application design. The marrying of these two design disciplines has served me well since then.

The belief that everything is an interface and everyone is a user keeps me focused on developing ways of bringing quality solutions to customers and the business.
